By requesting and using or allowing another to use your Debit Pay Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Disclosure Statement and Terms and Conditions (“this Agreement”). This Agreement discloses the terms and conditions of your Pay Account and you are not entitled to any rights or benefits given to other deposit account customers or debit cardholders at Chemical Bank unless such rights or benefits are contained in the Agreement.
