This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Keefe Commissary Network, L.L.C., 10880 LinPage Place, St. Louis, MO 63132 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and Lancaster County (hereinafter “County”), for the purpose of amending the Agreement signed June 4, 2013, executed under County Contract C-13-0232, for Inmate Commissary Services which is made a part hereof by this reference.
