This Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation ("CITY"), American Nebraska Limited Partnership, an Illinois limited partnership ("Seller"), this day of August, 2018 (the "Effective Date") for the purpose of conveying Seller's rights in and to the real estate and improvements constructed thereon for property generally located at the northeast corner of the intersection of 13th Street and M Street and generally known as 1318 M Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508. CITY and Seller may be individually referred to as "Party" or collectively as "Parties."
