NYWAY is an organization made up of people who care deeply about the growth and sustainability of the sport of wrestling of all styles at all levels. We feel that the most effective approach is to keep as many resources as possible within the youth wrestling system to improve the experience and opportunities of our developmental wrestlers. By doing so, we feel that we will be in a much better position to retain the wrestlers that struggle in the development process and also better recruit wrestlers and their families to the sport we love.
