To the extent that no contract has been agreed and signed between the parties, these terms shall apply and shall form part of the agreement between the “Buyer” - IPSA and the Supplier so named in the order which refers to them. These terms (as may be updated from time to time) apply to the exclusion of any other terms that the Supplier seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. For clarity any reference made to the term “Buyer” in this agreement is “The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority” or “IPSA”.
