This Issuer Agreement applies to the Compensation Cash Passport cards distributed by you to Card Users in accordance with the Corporate Card Service Agreement. You agree that you understand and shall comply with this Issuer Agreement and shall ensure that each Card User complies with the terms of this Issuer Agreement where applicable.
