This Agreement shall become effective on the date it is signed by both parties and shall expire on December 31, 2023, unless renewed as set forth hereafter. This Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional one-year period unless either party notifies the other party in writing of its intent to terminate this Agreement at least 30 days prior to the expiration date. This Agreement may be terminated before the expiration date above or any subsequent expiration date of any renewal of this lnterlocal Agreement by either party providing 90 days' written notice of termination to the other party.
