This Agreement is made on the date hereof between Little Bookham Village Hall (LBVH) which is a registered charity and the Hirer whereby in consideration of the Hirer paying the Hiring Fees whose rate is specified below LBVH agrees to permit the Hirer to use the Hall on Dates and Times to be agreed and for the Purpose specified below subject to the Conditions of Hire overleaf.
