This License Agreement (this "Agreement") is made between Ithaka Harbors, Inc. d/b/a JSTOR, located at 2 Rector St., 18th Fl., New York, NY 10006 ("Licensor") and The National Library of Technology, a State Contribution Organization set up by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, with its principal offices at Technická 6, 160 80 Praha 6 – Dejvice ("Licensee"), while the Licensee shall be entitled to grant the sublicense to Participating institutions listed in Appendix B.
