Scope/Applicability. This agreement applies to the issuance and transmission of purchase orders (“Order”) between Toppan Merrill Ltd. (“Toppan Merrill”) and Supplier during the term of this agreement. The Toppan Merrill terms shall control all transactions going forward. These terms are incorporated into any previous agreement between Toppan Merrill and Supplier. In the event there is a conflict between these terms and the terms of any previously executed agreement between Toppan Merrill and Supplier regarding the goods and services to be provided, the terms of the previous agreement shall govern.
