This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of last signature (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into between TokenEx, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (“TokenEx”), and the other entity signing this Agreement below (“Customer”). This Agreement sets forth the agreed terms and conditions which govern and control TokenEx’s delivery and Customer’s use of the Services.
