This Contract for Environmental Engineering/Consulting Services, 054SF-2024 (Contract) is entered into by and between the FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (Florida Housing), a public corporation and a public body corporate and politic, with headquarters located at 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, FL 3230 I, and PROFESSIONAL SERVICE INDUSTRIES, INC. (Contractor), located at 545 E. Alogonquin Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60005. Upon execution by both parties, this Contract shall become effective on August 12, 2024 or as of the date the last party signs, whichever is later (Effective Date).
