This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”), is entered into by and between the Village of Itasca, Illinois, (“Municipality”) and SAFEbuilt Illinois, LLC, (“Consultant”). The Municipality and the Consultant shall be jointly referred to as the “Parties”.
