This PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and effective as of June 11, 2024, between the City of La Puente, a municipal corporation (“City”), and Community Works Design Group, a California corporation (“Consultant”). The City and Consultant are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
