Cost $150 per day Refundable Deposit $100 – Refundable only if pavilion is clean, all trash has been properly disposed of, and there is no damage to the site. Deposit will be refunded within 72 hours if no issues arefound. Cancellation/Refunds • Must receive cancellation/reschedule request 7 days prior to rental date to receive full refund or reschedule for a different day.• If cancellation/reschedule request is received less than 7 days prior to rental date, no refund will be given.• If rental party no shows, a refund will not be given.• No refunds for inclement weather. Payments Payment due in full at the time reservation is made. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Cashare accepted. No Checks Accepted. Parking/# of Visitors A maximum of 25 cars and up to 100 people. There will be a $10 charge for each additionalvehicle. NO RE-ENTRY TO PARK OR PAVILIONS.
