These Partner Portal Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and InterSystems (as defined below) governing your access to and use of the InterSystems Partner Portal, including any subdomains thereof (collectively, the "Partner Portal"). InterSystems' general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Information Sharing Terms are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
