FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of payment in the amount of $ 50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars), and other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Students for Life at Georgia Tech, Brian Cochran and Haley Theis (jointly, RELEASORS) do hereby release, satisfy, quitclaim and forever discharge any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action and damages (including without limitation claims for attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses of litigation) of every kind and nature, whether past, present, or future, and whether known or unknown, including without limitation all claims asserted or which could have been asserted in the civil action styled Students for Life at Georgia Tech, et al.
