This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 9th day of December in the year 2014 by and between the OAK PARK UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT", and MAINSTREET ARCHITECTS + PLANNERS, INC., hereinafter referred to as "ARCHITECT."
