This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which the Rete+Pay Virtual Prepaid Discover card / Rete+Pay Prepaid Discover card have been issued to you by The Bancorp Bank, Wilmington, Delaware (the “The Bancorp Bank” or “Issuer”). The Issuer is an FDIC insured member institution. “Virtual Card” means the Rete+Pay Virtual Prepaid Discover card and “Card” means the Rete+Pay Prepaid Discover card issued to you by The Bancorp Bank. By accepting and using the Virtual Card or Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. “Card Account” means the records we maintain to account for the value of claims associated with the Virtual Card and/or Card. “Payer” is the funding source. “You” and “your” mean the person or persons who have received the Card and are authorized to use the Card as provided for in this Agreement. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the Issuer, our successors, affiliates or assignees.
