Contract Type FiledAugust 31st, 2017Limit of Liability: If the servicer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the services specified above, the servicer will try to book a replacement. If the replacement is unavailable your deposit in which you paid will be returned and the client will have to find the replacement. If the servicer turns ill or becomes injured during the event and can’t finish, the amount of UNFINISHED work will be returned upon negotiation between the servicer and the client within three (3) days after the scheduled event. If not contacted within the time stated, the servicer is entitled to 100% of what was paid prior to the start of the event.
