This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of conducting a series of Urban Air Mobility (UAM) Grand Challenge (GC) activities (hereinafter referred to as "Grand Challenge" or "GC") that are designed to facilitate and advance testing and development of UAM aircraft as well as facilitate and improve the management of air traffic in a UAM setting. The Parties expect the results of these activities will promote public confidence in UAM safety and facilitate community-wide learning while capturing the public's imagination.
