This Web site Hosting End User Agreement (the "Agreement") is by and between you and Register.com, Inc. ("Registrar"), and sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of Registrar's Web site Hosting service and Web site building tools (the "Service"). You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any additional rules or policies that are or may be published by Registrar from time to time, including Registrar's End User Services Agreement found at http://www.rcomexpress.com/help/rx_agreement.asp (the "Services Agreement").
