This AGREEMENT made this day of , 2021, between the City of Charleston, a municipal corporation of the State of West Virginia (the “City” or “Contractor”) and the Kanawha Charleston Health Department, a local board of health, a public corporation created pursuant to W. Va. Code 16-2-1 et al., (“KCHD”). The City and KCHD are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
