UFP Warranty Corporation (the “Warrantor”) is pleased to extend this LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (the “Warranty”) to the “First Owner” (as defined below) of certain pressure treated lumber products (as indicated on product end tags) distributed and sold by Sunbelt Forest Product Corporation (the “Product(s)”). Subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth herein, Warrantor warrants to the First Owner that when the Product is used for its intended purpose, properly installed and maintained according to Warrantor’s published instructions and applicable building codes, and subjected at all times to normal exposure conditions, the Product will not structurally fail due to rot, fungal decay, or termite attack.
