This Right of Entry and License Agreement (the "Agreement") is effective on the last day executed below by a party (the “Effective Date”), and is by and between CARROLL COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION, a Kentucky Limited Liability Company (the "GRANTOR”), and AT&T Services, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, individually and on behalf of its affiliates (the "GRANTEE”). GRANTOR and GRANTEE may be referred to individually herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
