have been read and agreed to by the sublet tenant(s). If the leased premise is designated solely for professionals and graduate students, any sublet tenant must also meet professional and graduate student criteria. The rights related to the security deposit shall remain with the original tenant(s) since no transfer of security deposit is required under this agreement. Any damage caused by the sublet tenant(s) shall be deducted from the original tenant(s) security deposit and the original tenant(s) remain ultimately responsible for any and all sums owed to the lessor by the sublet tenant(s).
