The land is enclosed by a combination of hedges/ditches and post and wire fencing, and is topographically level / gently sloping with a height above sea level of approximately 35 – 40 metres. There is a mains water connection with three field troughs (a sub meter will require installing by the purchaser/s at their own cost if the land is sold in seperate lots).
