This Amendment modifies the Interconnection Agreement by and between Comtel Telcom Assets LP dba Excel Telecommunications, and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Kentucky (“AT&T”). AT&T and Comtel Telcom Assets LP dba Excel Telecommunications are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”. This Amendment applies in AT&T’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
