These “Terms and Conditions of Purchase” apply to the purchase order which they accompany or to which they are attached (the “Order”, and together with these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, this “Contract”). As used herein: (i) “Buyer” means Ketjen Netherlands B.V., or its affiliate in Europe, and (ii) “Seller” means the party designated to fulfill the Order.
