Met in Geneva on the 22 May 1992 to discuss different aspects of the application and of the implementation of international humanitarian law within the context of the conflict in Bosnia- Herzegovina, and to find solutions to the resulting humanitarian problems. Therefore conscious of the humanitarian consequences of the hostilities in the region;
