BY AND BETWEEN: THE TRUSTEES OF THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY EDUCATION TRUST FUND OF ALBERTA, hereinafterreferred to as the “EMPLOYER” AND: LOCAL UNION 1007, INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOODOF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, hereinafter referred to as the“UNION” WHEREAS: The Employer and the Union desire to co-operate in establishing and maintaining conditions which will promote a harmonious relationship between the Employer and the Employees covered by the terms of this Agreement and in providing methods for a fair and amicable adjustment of disputes which might arise between them. NOW THEREFORE: The Union and the Employer mutually agree as follows:
