Dakota State University (DSU) requests authorization to proceed with finalizing and executing the Sanford Health Donation Agreement set forth in Attachment I (Donation Agreement). Pursuant to the terms of the Donation Agreement, Sanford Health will contribute $5,000,000, payable in ten (10) annual installment payments to the DSU Foundation. Given the dollar amount involved and associated commitments, Board approval of this agreement is necessary.
