The Company recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all its Employees coming within the scope of this Agreement in respect of all matters concerning terms and conditions of employment and hereby consents and agrees to discuss with the Staff Association during the course of this Agreement any and all matters of mutual concern and agrees to bargain collectively with the Association in respect of any changes, revisions or amendments to this Agreement.
