constitutes a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity that will use the product and that you represent as an employee or authorized agent) ("Customer") and Centrify Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("Centrify"), with respect to the Software and/or Subscription Service identified below. By installing, copying, downloading or otherwise accessing the Software or Subscription Service, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If Customer does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, Centrify is unwilling to grant Customer any rights to use the Software or Subscription Service. In such event, Customer may not use the Software or Subscription Service, and Customer should promptly destroy all copies of the Software and accompanying Documentation, or notify Centrify to obtain instructions on return of the unused Software in accordance with its return policies.
