This Product Attachment for Pindrop® Passport (the “Product Attachment”) is incorporated into and made a part of the End User License and Services Agreement between Pindrop Security, Inc. (“Pindrop”) and your company (“you” or your”) (the “EULA”). This Product Attachment details the terms and conditions applicable to your use of Pindrop’s Product known as Pindrop® Passport and shall commence as of the effective date of the initial Reseller Order for this Product (the “PA Effective Date”) and remain in effect for the duration of each applicable Reseller Order(s) t. Capitalized terms not defined in this Product Attachment shall have the meaning assigned in the EULA.
