Unless otherwise stated the provision set out in this document shall be the complete agreement and shall operate to the exclusion of any and all other industrial agreements, Awards or State employment legislative provisions except those dealing with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and Workers Compensation. This document however is designed to operate in conjunction with any written or verbal offer of employment or ancillary employment agreements that acknowledge this CWA or are referred to by this CWA which may contain conditions that are excess of those set out in this document. If an entitlement is created in another document, this will be in addition to what is set out in the CWA. Such excess or additional conditions will be enforceable in their own right as a contract. If approved by the majority of eligible employees, this document will be filed with the Employment Advocate (OEA) for approval in accordance with the Wor
