THIS MEDIATED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), deemed effective on October , 2021, is by and between Forsyth County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (“FC”), CRS Building Corporation, a Florida corporation (“CRS”), Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland, an Illinois insurance company (“F&D”), Corrosion Control Specialists, Inc., a South Carolina corporation (“CCSI”), and Auto-Owners Insurance Company, a Michigan corporation (“Auto-Owners”). Collectively, FC, CRS, F&D, CCSI, and Auto-Owners may be referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties.”
