SBA 2012 TC Assets, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, or an affiliate (“SBA”), proposes that it be granted the option to enter into an exclusive, term communications easement with Greenville County (“Owner”) over real property currently leased by SBA from Owner (“Property”) together with an assignment of the corresponding ground lease pursuant to an agreement in recordable form provided by SBA (“Easement”).
