This program is intended to serve a mutual benefit to both Drexel University, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation with its principal place of business at 3141 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104 (hereinafter “Drexel”, or “University”) and the Requesting Entity described herein.
