This Charter Contract is hereby entered into by and between the New Mexico Public Education Commission (“Commission”), and New Mexico School for the Arts (“School”), a New Mexico charter school, by and through the School’s Governing Body, known as the NM School for the Arts Governing Body (“Governing Body”) effective this 1 day of July 2024. Hereafter, each party may be referred to as “Party” or both parties as “Parties.”
