This Charter Agreement (hereafter “Charter” or “Agreement”) is approved pursuant to U.C.A. §53G-5-102 and §53G-5-508, on this day of 2023 by and between the Utah State Charter School Board, (hereafter “SCSB” or the “Charter school authorizer,” pursuant to §53G-5-202(1)(a) or just “Authorizer”), and Vanguard Academy, Inc. (the “Applicant(s)”), (together collectively, the “Parties”) to operate the Vanguard Academy (the “Charter School” or “School”), a public Charter school under Charter Schools U.C.A. §53G- 5-101, et seq.
