This First Lease Amendment is entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the County of Chesterfield, Virginia (“County”) and 5G Air, LLC (“Tenant”) assignee pursuant to an Assignment of Lease, Assumption Agreement and Landlord Consent dated May 1, 2020, to the Deed of Lease and Lease Agreement dated March 1, 2019 between the County as lessor and Innovation Hangar, Inc., as tenant (“Lease”) with respect to the premises known as North Ramp hangar pad site 4 located at the Chesterfield County Airport.
