May 31, 2019 Dear Sir/Madam, Saint Nectarios G reek Festival Enclosed is the Booth Rental Agreement for our upcoming GREEK FESTIVAL to be held on the weekend of August 23rd, 24th, to 25th, 2019. Vendors booths are available for the weekend at a cost of $400.00 per booth for the weekend (Friday evening through Sunday evening). Vendor booths are on a first come-first served basis. No booth space is reserved prior to the festival without the prior agreement of the Festival committee. Please read the agreement carefully and if you wish to rent a booth, sign the agreement and mail back to us as soon as possible, along with your check or cashier’s check for the booth. No booth will be able to open unless we have received a signed agreement and payment is received prior to the festival date. Please refer to all conditions and costs. Thank you for your cooperation.
