The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 5 are entering their eighth Environmental Performance Partnership Agreement (PPA) with the approval of this document. This agreement describes the environmental outcomes that both Agencies are striving to achieve and joint program priorities that the State and EPA think need additional management attention.
