This Annex shall be for the purpose of MSFC providing to RUAG materials required to collect nonvolatile residue (NVR) samples and then MSFC perform Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis on the samples collected by RUAG to verify that NVR cleanliness levels are being met by RUAG's manufacturing procedures. This may be done a maximum of twelve (12) times over the course of this Annex with each analysis consisting of up to 8 NVR sample swabs.
