Dependent is retroactively enrolled pursuant to this, and the Employee or Dependent received covered health care services during that retroactive period, Blue Shield will reimburse the Employee for payments made for Covered Services received in accordance with the rules of the EOC, minus the Member’s Copayments or Coinsurance as stated in the EOC;
