WHEREAS, certain of the Parties entered into that certain Interlocal Program and Funding Agreement (Wasatch Summit Phase I) dated February 3, 2014 (the “Agreement”), which provided for each of the Parties to that Agreement to contribute funds toward Phase I of the Mountain Accord Program (formerly known as Wasatch Summit), as defined in the Agreement;
