This Addendum to Collections Agreement made and entered into effective as of the day of July, 2021 by and between County of Buncombe, a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina (hereinafter sometimes "County") and the Town of Black Mountain, a North Carolina Municipal Corporation (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “Town”);
