This FACILITIES USE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated 06/18/2021 , is between Grady Judd, as Sheriff of Polk County, (“PCSO”), a Constitutional Officer of the State of Florida and The City of Winter Haven, a Florida municipal corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (“City”), the owner of the AdventHealth FieldHouse & Conference Center (“Facility”) to establish an Emergency shelter site in the event of an evacuation due to matters other than arising out of or due to weather and/or storm related conditions.
