THIS FUND SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) effective as of the 12th day of December, 2014, by and between Wildermuth Endowment Strategy Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and RCS Advisory Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("RCS"). This Agreement replaces and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements between the parties hereto for the services described below.
